Here are some of the most common questions I get asked, hopefully this will help you too! Any further questions, please contact me directly!

 Are printing rights an additional cost?

For any regular session or wedding, not at all! All printing right costs are included within package totals! For performance and event photography, printing rights depends on the type of event. Please contact me further for more information.

When is full payment due?

Retainers are due at the time we sign contracts. All other payments are due two weeks before the day of the session, wedding, or event, unless specified. However, if you are doing a wedding package with an engagement session, the engagement session portion of your package is due at the time of the engagement shoot. If a payment plan is needed, we can certainly work something out!

Is there a limit on how many images we receive?

Absolutely not with a regular session or wedding! I want to deliver any image I believe both reflects my work and your wedding, event, or simply your personality! I, however, make no guarantees how many are delivered. Just know I want you to have the best images possible! If there ever is a limit on photos delivered, you will know about it before anything is paid or signed.

How will the images be delivered to us?

All galleries are delivered online! This way you get the images as soon as they are finished! A USB copy can be delivered upon request for an additional cost.

Why do all wedding packages have a second photographer?

Having a second photographer, is like having your cake and eating too! Not only are we able to capture those once-in-a-lifetime moments from different angles, we can also keep the day moving along twice as fast. Leaving you to worry about nothing except having the time of your life!

What type of wedding photography do you do?

The limit does not exist! To me love is love! Whether its a traditional church wedding, destination wedding, beach wedding, or a pride celebration, I am more than honored to be a part of your celebration of love. I am always ready for new adventures, new excitement, and new experiences!

Why is photography so expensive?

There is so much more to running a photography business then just clicking your shutter, contrary to popular belief. The real work is what goes on before and after the session. After each session I spend hours, if not days, searching through all the photos that were taken to find the best ones, then editing them to perfection. When I’m not working on a session, the work doesn’t end. I’m constantly working to better myself as a photographer and a businesswoman through education classes. You can find me working on marketing and updating my website, or making sure my gear is working properly and ready for the next session. Even when I’m not working on normal business or photography things, I still have normal people bills to keep up on as well. However, I always try to keep my prices low because I believe that everyone should have beautiful photographs.

Are there travel expenses?

Depending on your location, yes. Anything beyond 40 miles of River Falls, WI, one way, is subjected to a $.50 per mile travel fee starting at the 41st mile. Any travel that is more than 3 (three) hours from River Falls, WI is subjected to additional travel fees, including but not limited to lodging, meals, and mileage. Please contact me for a quote on possible travel fees.

Why are you a photographer?

Why? To say I simply love it is not enough. Through photography I have found my creative outlet and form of expression. Not to mention I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I always feel so honored to spend a portion of their time and special, sometimes once in a lifetime, moments with them. I’ve met so many wonderful and amazing people through sessions. Plus I get to spend my time outside and exploring new places!

Do you offer printing?

I do! No matter the type of session, printing is always available! I offer a couple different album types, canvas prints, metal prints, and, of course, regular old paper printing! Printing is not required for any package, but I always encourage printing with me. I print through a photographer-exclusive company that is also local to the area! For pricing, please contact me.
